Are you having some problems with the KizoPlayer?
Other software on your computer like your antivirus and firewall programs might be causing the problem. The sections below will help you find a solution to these issues.

To first download the KizoPlayer, click on any slideshow, then go to the bottom of the screen and click on the BURN DVD icon. A new help box will open; click CONTINUE in the lower right corner. This will open a new browsing window and will start the downloading process to install the KizoPlayer on your computer. If this new browsing window never opens you will need to modify your browser’s security options to a lower setting so that it will allow popups from Kizoa. If the browsing window opens but the download does not start automatically, click on button from this new window that says CLICK HERE. Save and install the KizoPlayer on your computer by following the steps outlined on the download browser window.

Solution: Close all programs and restart your computer. Then try installing the KizoPlayer again by clicking on the file called "Kizoa_installer.exe”. This is the file that was downloaded from the Internet onto your computer. You can normally find it in your DOWNLOAD folder on your computer.
Solution: Your antivirus program has deleted the installation file that was just downloaded to your computer. Disable your antivirus program and then re-download the KizoPlayer. You can download the KizoPlayer again by clicking on the button above.

Solution 1: Close all programs and then uninstall the KizoPlayer. Restart your computer. Once your computer has rebooted, try reinstalling the KizoPlayer again by clicking on the file called ‘Kizoa_installer.exe”. This is the file that was downloaded from the Internet onto your computer. You can normally find it in your DOWNLOAD folder on your computer.
Solution 2: Make sure that your antivirus is not blocking any antivirus resident connections to your computer. If they are, you can disable the firewall, restart the KizoPlayer and try the burning process again. If the problem persists, go to the SETTINGS section of your antivirus program, and authorize the release of the IP address of your computer (local host:127.0.0.1) to the same IP address.

Solution 1: Verify that the DVD you’ve inserted is not damaged and has no scratches. If it is damaged, insert a clean DVD and try the burning process again.
Solution 2: Take the DVD out of your computer and reinsert it into any DVD player (or back into your computer). Try to play the DVD. Occasionally the DVD was burned correctly even thought the KizoPlayer says that it failed.

Solution 3: Close the KizoPlayer and disable the resident protection of your antivirus or set the KizoPlayer to the list of safe software programs to your antivirus program. Restart the KizoPlayer and start the burning process again. Although every antivirus program is different you can usually disable your resident protection by right clicking on the program icon (bottom right), then select "Turn off resident protection.”

If you are playing the avi video file of your slideshow on your computer (PC or Mac), you may encounter minor issues with not being able to play your video, or not have it play properly such as being able to see the photos but not hear the music. This problems occurs due to the codecs that are utilized within your media player (Windows Media Player, Quicktime, etc.)
To fix this problem, all you need to do is install the VLC media player which is free and easy to use. This will allow you to view your slideshows without any problems.
