    How can I purchase Kizoa Premium?
    You can purchase Premium by using a Visa bank card, MasterCard, American Express, etc..
    You can also complete your purchase via PayPal, bank transfer, or check (depending on your country of residence).

    Is my payment secure?
    Your card payment will be processed through Stripe, an American company specialized in online payment which itself ensures the security of our payment system.
    Rest assured, we will never store any of your bank information in our systems.

    Can I change my membership later on?
    Absolutely, you can upgrade your Kizoa membership at any time. You will only pay the difference between your current membership and the membership you choose to upgrade to.

    Can I get a refund?
    When you purchase a Kizoa membership, you're given a lifetime license. In case of a technical issue, we're always willing to issue a refund.

    How am I billed?
    When you upgrade to a Kizoa membership, you will be billed in a single payment for the total of the membership selected.

    Can I delete my account?
    Yes you can, but it would be a shame to lose all the advantages you have from a lifetime membership without having to every pay for anything again. If you still want to delete your account, all you need to do is send us an email to our customer support team.
